Quotes & Payments

• All quotations are valid for 15 days.

• Projects begin after the agreed advance payment.

• Remaining payment is due before final website delivery unless otherwise agreed.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide:

• Logo and branding assets

• Content and images

• Timely feedback and approvals

Project delays caused by missing content may extend delivery timelines.

Intellectual Property

• The website design becomes the client’s property after full payment.

• Mishti Web Design may showcase completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for losses caused by:

• Third-party hosting failures

• Domain registrar issues

• Plugin or API changes made by external providers

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India (Jammu & Kashmir jurisdiction).
